Interior and Equipment designer
The following work was done for a private, dealing with the interior projection of a complex for local accommodation, revitalizing a disused/degraded housing at the coordinates 40° 25'4.89"N (Latitude) and 7° 2'44.11"W (Longitude), (Portugal).
The complex, following the limits of pre-existing housing, has evolved into two interconnected villas: where villa A, an open-space, was designed with a target audience as a natural person or a young couple; and Villa B, was designed with a target audience as a typical family today.

The following pictures represent the exterior rendering of the Local Accommodation.
At the client´s request, Villa A was designed following a rustic line, but with the aim of not falling too much into the traditional, maintaining a contemporary language.
This space being an open-space consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom + closet and bathroom.

Villa B, as requested by the client, was designed following a more contemporary language. It is composed by two floors, with: kitchen + living room, garage / storage room, reading room, two bathrooms, a suite (with closet and bathroom), two bedrooms and a terrace.
